The villa estate has flexible accommodation with 11 bedrooms and 14 beds with air conditioning, 10.5 bathrooms with high quality vanity units/fixtures & fittings. There’s a large living, dining and entertainment area leading with a separate kitchen. A large swimming pool (child & non-swimmer friendly) is situated in the lush tropical garden area along with outdoor daybeds, entertaining and BBQ area. A BBQ is available for use.

This beautiful villa estate offers 11 luxurious bedroom suites consisting of:
  • 8 x king size double bedrooms
  • 3 x twin size bedrooms each containing two standard single beds which can also be made up as a king size double bed
Extra comfortable beds can be supplied at just U$30 per bed per night with full rate inclusions, there's plenty of room.

There are lots of interesting things for guests of all ages to do at the villa or nearby such as swimming, spa and beauty treatments, boogy boarding, surf lessons, Treetops Adventure Park, Waterbom Water Park, horse riding on the beach, cycling through the rice fields, Elephant Park, etc. The entertainment area also has a good selection of DVD films for all ages as well as Netflix, satellite tv with numerous international channels. There are also many high-quality restaurants, bars and boutique shops within a short walking distance to the villa.
